Information we collect

• Appointment and patient information you provide when booking online, by phone, or by text — name, date of birth, mobile number, and the reason for your visit. This is sent to CareStack, our dental practice management system, to schedule and manage your care.
• Chat and text message content when you talk with Marisol, our virtual assistant, on the website or by SMS, so we can answer your question, check availability, or complete a booking you've asked for.
• Referral and rewards activity if you use your referral link or redeem points — who referred whom, and what was redeemed, so we can credit the right account.
• Basic usage information such as which location or symptom page you viewed, used only to understand what visitors are looking for.

Text messaging (SMS)

Texting with Marisol, our virtual assistant, is a customer-care conversation about your own appointment — not a marketing program. Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use your information

To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments; to answer questions about your care, insurance, or account; to track referral and rewards credits you've earned; and to keep our practice running smoothly. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

CareStack (our dental practice management system) holds your clinical and appointment records. Twilio sends and receives our text messages. Neither uses your information for their own marketing. We only share what's needed for these services to work, and only for your own care — never sold to outside advertisers.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as you're an active patient or subscribed to our text messages, and you can ask us to delete it at any time (see “Your choices” below). We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it, though no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

This website and our text messaging program are intended for adults booking or managing dental care, not for use by children under 13 without a parent or guardian.

California privacy rights (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request its deletion, and to request correction of inaccurate information, without facing discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, call us at the number below.

Text STOP to any message from us to stop receiving texts, or call us at (703) 520-9985 to ask us to correct, delete, or send you a copy of the information we hold about you.
