These terms cover your use of the DentCareNow website, registered as Dentcare Now, including online booking and our text messaging program. By using them, you agree to the following. We may update these terms as our services change — the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

Booking appointments

Appointments booked through this site or through Marisol are requests against real-time availability in our scheduling system. We'll confirm your appointment by text or at the office; a booking isn't guaranteed until confirmed. Please call (703) 520-9985 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

SMS Terms

Customer-care texts — booking confirmations, reminders, and Marisol's replies to your own questions — are sent to the mobile number you provide us in our web chat or at the office, as part of arranging your own care. Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. This app does not send promotional or marketing text messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, and note that your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not a substitute for emergency care

If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Our same-day and walk-in care is for dental issues; Marisol's guidance is informational and doesn't replace an in-person exam by a dentist.

No guarantee of results

Treatment outcomes, timelines, and results described on this site are general information, not a promise about your own care — every patient and procedure is different. Provider credentials shown on this site are accurate to our knowledge; we encourage you to independently verify any credential that matters to your decision before treatment.

Website content, use, and ownership

This site's text, photos (including before-and-after photos), and design belong to DentCareNow or our licensors. You're welcome to view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use; copying, redistributing, or reusing our content or photos elsewhere requires our prior written permission. Information on this site is provided “as is,” without warranties, and may contain occasional errors or be updated without notice. Rewards and referrals

Points earned through referrals or visits have no cash value, are tied to your own account, and can be changed or discontinued at any time. We'll always honor points you've already earned under the terms in place when you earned them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any related dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Virginia and U.S. courts.
